This is a photo of a breeding female Mexican wolf being temporally held at our captive breeding and pre-release facility at the Ladder Ranch in New Mexico. She along with her mate and four pups are scheduled to be released in Mexico in the near future. TESF has been involved with the Mexican wolf recovery program since 1998. Over 100 wolves have resided at our facility and dozens have been released to the wild.
